CENTR publishes issue paper on DoH

CENTR has just published an Issue Paper on DNS over HTTPS (DoH), which explains what DoH is, before outlining the effects of the protocol.

This paper argues that DoH could solve some of the structural weaknesses of the Domain Name System, but the way in which it will be implemented, and the effects of consolidated market power might have far-reaching consequences.
