On 10th January, Peter Van Roste and Polina Malaja organised a policy webinar dedicated to CENTR’s participation in the Internet & Jurisdiction activities and specifically in the Domains & Jurisdiction Contact Group. They gave an overview of the work done within the I&J so far, as well as providing an update on the work of the CENTR’s Content Task Force and its findings.
The webinar was well attended, and paves the way for the wider aim to hold regular webinars on various topics and issues related to the policy and regulatory issues in the EU, across ICANN and other fora. Consequent webinars will provide an opportunity to dive into various contentious policy issues in depth by inciting active discussions between the participants.
