On 5 October, CENTR held the third edition of its Registrar Day, kindly hosted by RNIDS (.rs) in Belgrade, Serbia. The event attracted more than 80 participants, including 22 registrars.
It was a very productive day of new (and old) encouters, as well as lively discussions on topics of interest and ongoing projects. Registries and registrars got to participate in the first European ccTLD-focused speed-networking session. Registrars also had the opportunity to hear about and give feedback on the CENTR Registrar Portal, which was launched last August, as well as a draft CENTR Registrar Satisfaction Survey template.
In addition, registries shared the way their channel relations have evolved over time. Presentations were followed by an open mic session, which generated good follow-up discussions on how both parties could improve their (commercial) relations.
